Here’s what’s going on: our last batch ran into an unexpected issue with the pineapple essence flavor additive we had always outsourced. While it was a clean and natural ingredient, the quality of this particular batch simply didn’t meet our standards. And when it comes to your health, we don’t cut corners.
That’s why moving forward, we’ll be making this flavor additive in-house to ensure complete consistency, quality, and integrity in every bottle. We’re anxiously awaiting the arrival of our newest batch and will announce the moment Biotin & Collagen is officially back on the shelves.
While production hiccups like this can’t always be planned for, they’ve been an incredible learning experience—and we’re beyond grateful for your patience and excitement.
