I can hardly believe I’m writing this, but tonight, Thursday, January 30th, at 7:30 PM, I’ll be featured on Chronicle (WCVB Channel 5)! This is such an incredible and humbling moment for me, and I wanted to share it with all of you—because without your support, this wouldn’t be possible.
When Chronicle reached out to learn more about Glowshroom Apothecary, the passion project I started just one year ago, I was both honored and nervous. Talking to my clients and speaking at events feels natural, but being in front of a camera was a completely different experience! Still, I knew I had to say yes because I believe so strongly in what we’re creating here.
How My Journey Led to This Moment
My passion for skincare began with my own struggles. As a child and young adult, I battled acne and felt frustrated by the lack of truly effective, non-toxic skincare options. That frustration fueled my desire to understand skin health on a deeper level, leading me to explore advanced treatments and holistic healing. In 2009, I opened Gobare Studio in Worcester, MA, and over time our menu has shifted to technology-driven skincare treatments that deliver real results without downtime. Over the years, my journey continued to evolve, and I discovered the incredible power of mushrooms and their ability to transform skin health from the inside out. This discovery led me to create Glowshroom Apothecary, an organic, high-performance skincare line that blends science and nature for transformative results.

A Truly Humbling Experience
I have to be honest—being on camera wasn’t easy for me! I’m so used to one-on-one conversations with my clients that this felt totally different. But more than anything, I feel grateful for this opportunity to share my story and passion with a larger audience.
I never imagined that something so personal—my struggle with acne—would lead me here. I feel fortunate to do what I love every day and to have such amazing clients and supporters who believe in this journey as much as I do.
